Nick Heimlich Will Attend the Law Foundation’s Annual Celebration of Justice.

Attorney Nick Heimlich will attend the Law Foundation’s Annual Celebration of Justice dinner which will be held on May 18, 2016 at the Santa Clara Convention Center, 5001 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara. The annual dinner is the biggest fundraising event of the Law Foundation, which draws more than 800 people from the legal community of Silicon Valley to support the organization’s projects.

Nicholas D. Heimlich is an experienced San Jose litigation lawyer who focuses on helping individuals and small businesses. He has represented individuals in San Jose, Santa Clara, Fremont, Oakland, and San Mateo while handling business litigation, breach of contract cases, employee disputes, wage claims, and federal court litigation.

Founded in 1974 by leaders of the Santa Clara County Bar Association the Law Foundation has sought to provide legal aid and empowerment to groups and individuals who are underrepresented in the Silicon Valley area. Those living below the poverty line are also the most vulnerable. The Law Foundation has been working to provide effective legal services to the under-served sectors of the population in the area. The foundation seeks to raise funds for its causes through events such as the Annual Celebration of Justice dinner. The foundation uses the funds raised through its events in its various programs.

Attorney Nick Heimlich supports the aims of the group. He would be attending the fund-raising dinner in solidarity with other members of the legal community in the belief that every individual should have full access to high quality legal aid and services.
