On April 01, 2017: Attorney Nicholas Heimlich is set to join the 61-mile bike ride of the The Tierra Bella Bicycle Tour on April 1, 2017, together in celebrating with the Spring, by riding some of the prettiest roads in southern Santa Clara Country. This is in accordance with the 40th Annual Tierra Bella Bicycle Tour. There will be four different routes in the cycle, from flat to hilly, so you can find the right route that’s right for you.

There will be over 300 ACTC members who will be on hand to provide the traditionally outstanding rider support, including multiple rest stops on every route. Also, there will be plenty of great food at every stop, and a delicious catered hot meal at the end of your ride.

On October 29, 2016: Attorney Nick Heimlich, who is an experienced litigation lawyer, will be participating in the upcoming 7th Annual Wheels for Meals Ride. The event will take place on October 29, 2016 at the Shadow Cliffs East Bay Regional Park and is set to benefit the Meals on Wheels of Alameda County.

The Meals on Wheels of Alameda County program assists over 2,000 seniors in the county area. The main aim of the group is to provide hot and healthy meals to those seniors who are incapable or who might have a difficult time in obtaining healthy food. They prepare and deliver hot meals for the seniors during weekdays. In the process of delivering the food, they are able to provide much-needed wellness checks at the same time.

On October 29, 2016: The 7th Annual Wheels for Meals Ride is going to be held on October 29, 2016 and Attorney Nick Heimlich will be participating in the charity event. The Shadow Cliffs East Bay Regional Park will be the starting point for the ride at 7:00am on the said date.

The 7th Annual Wheels for Meals Ride is a charity event for the Meals on Wheels of Alameda County. The program provides meals to seniors in the county. Each weekday, the program provides more than 2,000 meals. In the process of delivering those meals, they also provide wellness checks to the seniors who stay at home and can no longer venture outside.

On October 1, 2016: Attorney Nick Heimlich recently joined Brazen Racing’s 10K Rocky Ridge Race. The event was held last October 1, 2016. There was also a half marathon and a 5K run segment of the event.

Attorney Heimlich is an active participant in numerous sports activities in the community. For example, he joined the Tour de Menlo event which took place last August. Tour de Menlo is an annual bike race event for raising funds for scholarships and for helping out the local community.

On June 12, 2016: Attorney Nick Heimlich will be joining the annual LETR Bike the Bridges at the Martinez Waterfront Park on June 12, 2016. Heimlich will be going for the 25 mile bike ride of the event.

Attorney Nick Heimlich is an experienced San Jose litigation lawyer. He has been focusing on individuals and small businesses in his practice. Heimlich has been representing individuals in San Jose, Santa Clara, Fremont, Oakland, and San Mateo. His firm has been handling breach of contract cases, business litigation, wage claims, employee disputes, and federal court litigation.

A lifelong San Jose resident, Nicholas D. Heimlich also attended public schools in the area. This means that he knows the community where he works in like only someone who is from there would know it. Heimlich supports various community projects and the LETR Bike the Bridges is one of the activities where he is active in giving a helping hand.

The LETR Bike the Bridges is a yearly event that is organized by the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Northern California. The aim of Bike the Bridges and other similar events is to provide support to the Special Olympics programs. This is done by raising funds and raising public awareness at the same time. Efforts are also made towards making improvements in the athletes’ quality of life.

In 2013, the LETR Bike the Bridges was able to raise a total of $60,000 which was used for the Special Olympics project. It is hoped that this year’s event would raise an even bigger amount.

The participants can choose to pay a flat registration fee or opt to raise additional funds for the event and the projects that it is supporting. Attorney Nick Heimlich will be joining others in the community who believe in the goal of the LETR Bike the Bridges.

On May 8, 2016: Nick Heimlich Will Attend the Law Foundation's Annual Celebration of Justice.

Attorney Nick Heimlich will attend the Law Foundation's Annual Celebration of Justice dinner which will be held on May 18, 2016 at the Santa Clara Convention Center, 5001 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara. The annual dinner is the biggest fundraising event of the Law Foundation, which draws more than 800 people from the legal community of Silicon Valley to support the organization’s projects.

He has represented individuals in San Jose, Santa Clara, Fremont, Oakland, and San Mateo while handling business litigation, breach of contract cases, employee disputes, wage claims, and federal court litigation.

Founded in 1974 by leaders of the Santa Clara County Bar Association the Law Foundation has sought to provide legal aid and empowerment to groups and individuals who are underrepresented in the Silicon Valley area. Famous all over the world as a region for innovation and technological development, Silicon Valley has also been associated with affluence. What many do not realize is that there are also great contrasts there. One out of four families that reside in the area lives below the poverty line.

Those living below the poverty line are also the most vulnerable. The Law Foundation has been working to provide effective legal services to the under-served sectors of the population in the area. The foundation seeks to raise funds for its causes through events such as the Annual Celebration of Justice dinner. The foundation uses the funds raised through its events in its various programs.

Attorney Nick Heimlich supports the aims of the group. He would be attending the fund-raising dinner in solidarity with other members of the legal community in the belief that every individual should have full access to high quality legal aid and services.

On October 10-13, 2013: Attorney Nick Heimlich will be attending the 2013 Annual California State Bar Conference for Attorneys.

On October 15, 2013: Attorney Nick Heimlich will be presiding as President of West Valley-Mission College Board of Trustees during the meeting at 6:00 PM. This is a Public meeting, with the exception of a closed session.

On October 15, 2013: Attorney Nick Heimlich will be attending as a director of the non-profit Mission-West Valley Land Corporation during its meeting at 5:00 PM. The Land Corporation provides financial assistance to West Valley and Mission Community Colleges for both students and faculty. I'm proud to serve the Bay Area community as director of the Land Corporation.
